This material is part of a large collection of activities that cover all the Catalan curriculum of social and experimental sciences for primary school. The project, created by Joan Verdaguer i Andrès, has been carried out thanks to a sabbatical year granted by the Catalan Ministry of Education (DOGC 3926 - 16/07/03).

This set of activities of social sciences, addressed to pupils 9 years old, has 12 units:

• The lifestyle at the rural counties
• The lifestyle at the countryside counties
• The lifestyle at the coast counties
• The clues of the past
• The family history
• Legends and traditions
• The rests of our past

The material is complemented with the activities for 6-7 years, natural sciences 8, natural sciences 9, natural sciences 10, natural sciences 11, social sciences 8, social sciences 10 and social sciences 11.
